PAINTER

Responsible for preparing and painting surfaces in industrial, commercial, and residential establishments. Reports to Crew Leader.

Required Education, Experience & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or technical training preferred
• 3 to 5 years commercial and industrial painting experience required
• Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, lift, stretch and kneel as required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting
• Ability to measure accurately and finish surfaces appropriately
• Willingness to work heights, including 40' extension ladder, scaffolding, and high lifts, if certified
• Ability to brush, roll, and spray professionally, maintaining utmost quality, production and neatness

LEAD PAINTER

Takes the lead in site painting projects in industrial, commercial, and residential establishments. Plans and distributes work on site, upholds safety requirements, monitors quality and compliance, responsible for tools, equipment, and cost controls. Reports to Field Supervisor.

Required Education, Experience & Skills

•  High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or technical training preferred
• 3 to 5 years commercial and industrial painting experience required
• Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, lift, stretch and kneel as required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting
• Ability to measure accurately and finish surfaces appropriately

CARPENTER

Works from sketches and blueprints to perform carpentry work required in the maintenance and construction of residential, industrial, and commercial buildings. Works in compliance with building codes. Reports to Crew Leader

• Vocational or technical training preferred
• 3 to 5 years commercial and industrial painting experience required
• Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, lift, stretch and kneel as required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required, i.e. trusses, dimensional lumber, drywall, plywood, etc.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings, measure accurately, and finish surfaces appropriately
